Ingredients

  1. 2 duck confit thighs, cooked
  2. 15-30 mL (1-2 tbsp.) mayonnaise
  3. 8 slices Origine Country-style loaf
  4. 1 pear, thinly sliced
  5. 100 g OKA cheese, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat panini grill.
  2. Remove skin from duck thighs, shred the meat, and mix it with mayonnaise.
  3. Spread mixture onto 4 slices of Country-style loaf, garnish with pear and OKA cheese slices, and then top with the 4 remaining slices of bread.
  4. Grill for a few minutes on the panini grill.
