3. 2 cups fruit (mandarin sections, pear slices, dried cranberries)
4. 500 ml (2 cups) light tuna
5. 15 ml (1 tbsp.) plain yogurt
6. 15 ml (1 tbsp.) light mayonnaise
7. 5 ml (1 tsp.) mild curry
8. 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Compliments Sunny Italian dressing
