Ingredients

4 Compliments Greek Pita Breads
15 mL (1 tbsp.) olive oil
2.5 mL (½ tsp.) dried oregano
½ red onion, thinly sliced
250 mL (1 cup) halved cherry tomatoes
1 sweet yellow pepper, diced
60 mL (¼ cup) sliced black olives
200 g (7 oz.) crumbled feta cheese
60 mL (¼ cup) chopped parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the Greek pitas on top.
Brush pitas with olive oil. Sprinkle with dried oregano.
Top pizza in following order: onion, tomatoes, peppers, olives, and feta.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Remove pizza from oven and garnish with parsley.
