Ingredients

  1. Grilling cheese
  2. rosemary bread
  3. bell peppers
  4. Zucchini
  5. white mushrooms
  6. To taste, olive oil

Directions

  1. Assemble skewers by alternating between cubes of grilling cheese, rosemary bread and crunchy vegetables: bell peppers of various colours, zucchini and white mushrooms.
  2. Plan on 3 cheese cubes about 2.5 cm (1 inch) in size and equal amounts of vegetables and bread cubes for each serving.
  3. Brush with olive oil and grill over high heat for 1 minute on each side until golden brown.
