4. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) each of chopped fresh chives and tarragon
5. 5 mL (1 tsp.) each of olive oil and lime juice

Pear and pesto

1. 24 oysters, brushed and cleaned
2. 125 mL (½ cup) finely diced pear
3. 45 mL (3 tbsp.) crumbled goat cheese
4. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) Sensations by Compliments Traditionnel Pesto
5. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) lemon juice
