Fruity rainbow ice pops

Ingredients

250 mL (1 cup) each of mango cubes, strawberry and blueberry pieces (fresh or frozen)
310 mL (1¼ cups) white cranberry juice, divided
175 mL (¾ cup) vanilla yogurt

Blend mango cubes and 125 mL (½ cup) white cranberry juice together in a blender until smooth.
Fill ice pop moulds one-third full with mango mixture. Freeze at least 3 hours until set.
Blend strawberries and 125 mL (½ cup) white cranberry juice together in blender.
Fill ice pop moulds another third full with strawberry mixture. Freeze about 2 hours until set but not completely frozen.
Blend blueberries, 60 mL (¼ cup) white cranberry juice, and yogurt together in blender.
Fill ice pop moulds to the top with blueberry mixture. Slide wooden popsicle stick into centre of each ice pop as far down as strawberry mixture. Freeze until completely set, at least 3 hours.
