Four-fruit crisp

Ingredients

80 ml (1/3 cup) Maple syrup
45 g (1 1/2 oz.) Butter, softened
750 ml (3 cups) Compliments original granola cereal
1 Banana, sliced
5 Apricots, stoned and sliced
2 Nectarines, stoned and sliced
3 Plums, stoned and sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Place fruit in a square, 2 litre ovenproof dish (8 in. x 8 in. x 2.25 in.).
Combine cereal and butter in a bowl. Add maple syrup and mix. Spread over fruit.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden.
Serve hot or cold with a scoop of ice cream.
