Four-citrus morning glory cocktail

Ingredients

500 mL (2 cups) freshly squeezed navel or Cara Cara orange juice (about 3 oranges)
250 mL (1 cup) red grapefruit juice (about 1 1/2 grapefruits)
125 mL (1/2 cup) lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
45 mL (3 tbsp.) lime juice (about 3 limes)
To taste, honey (optional)
1 L (4 cups) ice cubes
500 mL (2 cups) sparkling wine
or plain soda water
6 sprigs of fresh mint
1 navel or Cara Cara orange, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced

Directions

Combine the orange, grapefruit, lemon, and lime juices in a pitcher and sweeten to taste with honey (if using). Cover and refrigerate.
Fill 6 large glasses with ice cubes and fill each one 3/4 full with the juice mixture. Fill to the top with sparkling wine and garnish with a sprig of mint and slices of orange and lime.
