Ingredients

  1. 80 mL (⅓ cup) rosé wine
  2. 80 mL (⅓ cup) Sensations by Compliments Sicilian Pink Grapefruit Italian Soda
  3. 1 scoop ComplimentsVanilla Ice Cream
  4. 1 small fresh mint leaf

Directions

  1. Mix together the rosé wine and Italian soda in a large glass.
  2. Gently top with the scoop of ice cream. 
  3. Garnish ice cream with mint leaf and add a spoon or straw to eat/drink the float.

Chef's secret: For an alcohol-free version, use 160 mL (⅔ cup) Italian soda and no wine.
