Ingredients

  1. 750 mL (1 bottle) cold sparkling white wine
  2. 500 mL (2 cups) cold San Pellegrino Sparkling Clementine Beverage
  3. 500 mL (2 cups) peach nectar
  4. 125 mL (½ cup) brown or white rum
  5. 1 can (560 mL) whole litchis
  6. 2 limes cut into 6 wedges
  7. 1 orange, cut into half-rounds
  8. 18 leaves of fresh basil

Directions

  1. Combine all liquid ingredients together. Divide the litchis with syrup, lime wedges, orange half-rounds, and basil leaves into six 500-mL (2-cup) Mason jars. Top up the jars with the liquid and steep for one hour before drinking.
