  2. 60 g (2 oz.) cooked turkey breast
  3. 1 European or Classic roll
  4. 10 ml (2 tsp.) mayonnaise
  5. 10 ml (2 tsp.) old-fashioned mustard
  6. 125 mL (½ cup) arugula
  7. 2 slices Swiss cheese
