Ingredients

  1. 60 mL 2 oz. espresso coffee
  2. 45 mL 1.5 oz. vodka
  3. 15 mL 0.5 oz. Baileys
  4. 15 mL 0.5 oz. coffee liqueur

Directions

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker. Fill with ice. Shake until shaker is frosted (1 to 2 minutes) or until mixture is cold and frothy.
  2. Pour into a martini glass, taking care to keep out the ice.
  3. Top with 2–3 coffee beans and serve immediately.

  • Cool the glass in the freezer for a few minutes before serving.
