Dried tomato and cilantro butter

Dried tomato and cilantro butter

Ingredients

125 mL (½ cup) unsalted butter
20 mL (4 tsp.) oil-packed sundried tomatoes, drained and finely chopped
20 mL (4 tsp.) fresh cilantro, minced
15 mL (1 tbsp.) lemon juice
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
To taste, salt and pepper

Directions

Melt butter over low heat in a small saucepan.
Remove saucepan from heat and add dried tomatoes, cilantro, lemon juice, and garlic. BLend until smooth.
Pour butter into a self-serve bowl.
