Dessert shells with frozen yogourt & mango sauce

Ingredients

  1. ½ package (300 g) frozen mangos, thawed, divided
  2. 2 mL (½ tsp.) lime zest (about ½ lime)
  3. 7 mL (1½ tsp.) lime juice (about ½ lime)
  4. 12 mL (2½ tsp.) icing sugar
  5. 1 package (150 g) Compliments Dessert Shells
  6. 500 mL (2 cups) Compliments Balance French Vanilla Frozen Yogourt

Directions

  1. Dice 80 mL (⅓ cup) of the mango. Set aside. 
  2. Combine the remaining mango, lime zest, lime juice, and icing sugar in a blender and purée until smooth. 
  3. Fill each dessert shell with a small scoop of frozen yogourt (about 80mL or ⅓ cup) and drizzle with 30 mL (2 tbsp.) of the mango sauce. Refrigerate any leftover sauce for up to 3 days.
  4. Garnish with the reserved diced mango and serve immediately.
