Ingredients

10 to 12 Lebanese cucumbers, cut into pieces on an angle

10 g (1/4 cup) chives, finely chopped

10 g (1/4 cup) parsley, finely chopped

30 ml (2 tbsp) dill, finely chopped

1 pinch red pepper flakes

30 ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice

30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil

2 cans (170 g each) oil-packed tuna, drained

30 g (¼ cup) feta cheese, crumbled

4 hard-boiled eggs, quartered (optional)

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, herbs, red pepper flakes, lemon juice and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Divide the salad among four plates. Top with the tuna and feta. Serve with the hard-boiled eggs.
