Cucumber martini

Ingredients

1/2 oz dry vermouth
2 oz gin
1 Compliments Mini Seedless Cucumber
To taste, ice cubes
1 lime wedge

Directions

Using a knife, mandolin or vegetable peeler, thinly slice a piece of cucumber lengthwise.
Thread the slice through a long toothpick or cocktail pick. Cut the remaining cucumber into cubes.
In a shaker filled with ice, combine gin, vermouth, cucumber pieces and lime.
Shake vigorously until well chilled, strain into a martini glass and garnish with threaded cucumber slice.
