Crunchy topped vanilla kiwi parfaits

Crunchy topped vanilla kiwi parfaits

Ingredients

500 mL (2 cups) Any Cheerios cereal
60 mL (1/4 cup) slivered almonds
375 mL (1 1/2 cups) Greek yogurt, vanilla
250 mL (1 cup) strawberries, sliced
2 medium kiwis, peeled and chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place cereal and almonds in an ungreased 33 x 23 cm (13 x 9 in.) cake pan.
Bake uncovered for 6 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden. Let cool for about 5 minutes.
Fill 4 parfait glasses with alternating layers of yogurt, strawberries, kiwis, and cereal and almond mix. Serve immediately.
