Crunchy Ground Beef Salad with Creamy Dressing

Ingredients

  1. 5 mL (1 tsp.) canola oil
  2. 454 g (1 lb) lean ground beef or pork
  3. 19 g (1 pack) aromatic spice blend
  4. 284 g (1 pack) Italian blend salad
  5. 6 radishes, thinly sliced
  6. 4 Lebanese cucumbers, sliced
  7. 125 mL (½ cup) cucumber dressing
  8. 125 mL, (½ cup) of Santa Fe-Style Crunchy Toppings for Salads (tortilla chips)

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Cook and crumble ground beef over high heat for 5 to 8 minutes, or until no longer pink. Stir in spice blend and mix well to combine. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, toss salad, radishes, cucumbers and dressing. 

  3. Divide salad into plates, top with warm ground meat and tortilla chips.
