Ingredients

1 540-mL can of chickpeas
15-30 mL (1-2 tbsp.) olive oil
10 mL (2 tsp.) cumin powder
10 mL (2 tsp.) chili powder
2 mL (½ tsp.) salt

Directions

Rinse and dry the canned chickpeas well.
Mix together the chick peas, oil, cumin, chili powder, and salt in a bowl and stir well.
Spread chickpeas out on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 40 to 50 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
