- Purée 1½ bananas, the soft tofu, maple syrup, peanut butter, chocolate soy beverage and cocoa in a food processor until smooth.
- Pour into 2 large bowls or 4 small ones. Garnish each bowl with slices of the remaining half-banana, coconut flakes, chia seeds and grated chocolate of your choice.
Chef’s secret: You can make them the day before; the texture will be creamier!
