Ingredients

  1. 250 mL (1 cup) dried, pitted dates
  2. 250 mL (1 cup) unsalted almonds
  3. 125 mL (½ cup) grated unsweetened coconut
  4. 60 mL (¼ cup) cocoa powder
  5. 30 mL (2 tbsp.) maple syrup
  6. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) chia seeds
  7. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) hemp seeds
  8. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) water
  9. 60 mL (¼ cup) grated unsweetened coconut

Directions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients except for 60 mL (¼ cup) of coconut in a food processor. 
  2. Hand-shape the mixture into balls and roll them in grated coconut.
