1. 200 g mixed olives (Kalamata, green and other) about 250 mL (1 cup)
2. 100 g Manchego cheese, cubed
3. 2 mL (1/2 tsp.) crushed cayenne pepper
4. 2 mL (1/2 tsp.) rosemary, chopped
5. 10 mL (2 tsp.) chives, chopped
6. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) fresh parsley, chopped
7. 5 mL (1 tsp.) white wine vinegar
8. 5 mL (1 tsp.) lemon-flavoured olive oil
