Ingredients

  1. 8 slices multigrain bread
  2. 375 g (1 container) Sensations by Compliments Chicken & Sundried Tomato Salad
  3. 4 leaves of leaf lettuce
  4. ½ cucumber, sliced into thin rounds

Directions

  1. Spread the chicken salad onto 4 slices of bread and add cucumber slices and lettuce. 
  2. Top with remaining slices of bread and serve with fresh veggies.
