Ingredients

  1. 1 bag corn chips
  2. 1 red pepper, diced
  3. 2 green onions, sliced into rounds
  4. 125 mL (½ cup) sliced black olives
  5. 375 mL (1½ cups) shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
  6. 250 mL (1 cup) salsa
  7. 175 mL (¾ cup) sour cream

Directions

  1. Place corn chips in a large, cast-iron skillet, top with red peppers, green onions, black olives, and shredded cheese. 
  2. Place skillet on fire embers and cook until cheese has melted.
  3. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
