Ingredients

2 bunches of radishes, trimmed, larger radishes sliced in half

15 mL (1 tbsp.) butter

15 mL (1 tbsp.) olive oil

30 mL (2 tbsp.) sugar

2 mL (2 tsp.) coarse salt

1 mL (¼ tsp.) pepper

15 mL (1 tbsp.) coarsely chopped flat leaf parsley

Directions
- Place radishes in a large skillet and cover with water. Add the butter, oil, sugar, and salt. Cover and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, covered, until radishes are tender and liquid has been reduced, about 12 minutes.
- Add the pepper and parsley, and serve.
