1. Pour cider into a chilled glass that holds about 500 mL.
2. Slowly pour beer over the back of a spoon onto cider to make two distinct layers. 
3. Serve.

Chef’s secret

You can make this cocktail in the glass of your choice, even a champagne flute, for an elegant look. Simply stick to the proportion of one part cider to one part beer. You can also replace the cider by champagne.
