Bitter Orange Shandy by Monsieur Cocktail

Ingredients

60 mL (2 oz.) Cheval Blanc beer
30 mL (1 oz.) Canada Dry tonic water
22 mL (0.75 oz.) Monsieur Cocktail Quebec’s Tonic
7 mL (0.25 oz.) pressed orange juice
2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Directions

In a highball glass, pour the beer, Monsieur Cocktail Quebec’s Tonic, and orange juice.
Fill the glass with ice.
Add the tonic water and Angostura.
Stir together with a stirrer or bar spoon.
Garnish with an orange slice.
