- Grill or sauté vegetables over medium heat. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, green onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape mixture into four equal patties.
- With barbecue at medium, grill patties for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until a thermometer inserted in thickest part of patty indicates 70°C (160°F).
- Add cheese slices to patties 2 to 3 minutes before cooking is done so cheese melts slightly.
- Grill buns 1 to 2 minutes per side.
- Spread 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard on four bun halves, top with grilled vegetables and one beef patty, and then close with remaining bun halves.
