Ingredients

  1. 500 mL (2 cups) cantaloupe, rind removed and chopped
  2. 1 banana
  3. 250 mL (1 cup) vanilla yogurt
  4. 10 mL (2 tsp.) maple syrup

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender. 
  2. Purée on low speed for 30 seconds and then increase speed to high and blend for 1 more minute.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.

Variation
Use two ripe peaches, peeled and chopped, instead of the banana?
