Ingredients

  1. 1 package (312 g) ComplimentsBaby Spinach
  2. 500 mL (2 cups) carrot ribbons made with a vegetable peeler
  3. 250 mL (1 cup) cherry tomatoes, halved
  4. 500 mL (2 cups) Compliments Yellow Petites Potatoes, cooked and quartered
  5. 300-400 g marinated and cooked blade steak, sliced
  6. 1 shallot, finely chopped
  7. 125 mL (½ cup)Sensations by Compliments Balsamic Vinaigrette
  8. ½ 113-g container Sensations by Compliments Goat's Milk Cheese Crumbles

Directions

  1. Cover a large serving dish with spinach and top with carrot ribbons, cherry tomatoes, and quartered potatoes. Place sliced steak in centre and sprinkle with chopped shallot.
  2. Drizzle vinaigrette over salad and top with goat cheese crumbles.
