- Heat oven to 375°F(190 °C).
- Combine panko crumbs and 1/4 cup Parmesan in pie plate or shallow dish. Beat eggs in separate pie plate until blended.
- Dip chicken, 1 breast at a time, in eggs, then Parmesan mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with each ingredient.
- Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with pasta sauce.
- Bake 25 to 30 min. or until chicken is done (165°F/74 °C), sprinkling with shredded cheese and remaining Parmesan for the last 5 min.
