Asian Ground Pork Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  1. 250 g (1/2 box) Yet-Ca-Mein Oriental Style Noodles
  2. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) canola oil
  3. 455 g (1 lb) ground pork or lean ground beef
  4. 1 bag (500 g) frozen Asian vegetables
  5. 250 mL (1 cup) edamame
  6. 180 mL (3/4 cup) Pad Thai sauce
  7. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) soy sauce

Directions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a skillet and brown pork for 5 minutes or until no longer pink.

  3. Add Asian vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Add Pad Thai sauce, soy sauce and noodles. Mix well and cook for another 3 minutes or until heated through.
