Artichoke and Goat Cheese Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients

60 ml of mayonnaise
60 ml of basil pesto
4 flatbreads
1 pkg (113 g) of goat cheese, crumbled
125 ml of green olives, sliced
1 can (398 ml) of artichoke hearts, cut into small wedges
125 ml of walnuts, chopped (100 g)
Aragula (to taste)
20 ml of lemon olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and pesto.
Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and spread with mayonnaise pesto mixture.
Top with goat cheese, green olives, artichoke hearts and walnuts.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven, top with arugula to taste and drizzle with lemon-infused olive oil.
