Apple & Cinnamon Beer

Ingredients

  1. 60 mL (¼ cup) ginger ale
  2. 60 mL (¼ cup) apple juice
  3. 175 mL (¾ cup) smooth blonde beer
  4. 2.5 mL (½ tsp.) ground cinnamon
  5. 1 cinnamon stick

Directions

  1. In a HOPS glass, add a few ice cubes, ginger ale, apple juice, and beer. Stir gently. 
  2. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over beer foam and insert cinnamon stick to infuse beer with the full cinnamon flavour.
