Apple and Cheese Muffins

Ingredients

500 mL (2 cups) Five Roses All Purpose White Flour
15 mL (1 tbsp.) sugar
15 mL (1 tbsp.) baking powder
2,5 ml (1/2 tsp.) salt
375 mL (1 1/2 cups) old Cheddar cheese,
2 eggs,
250 mL (1 cup) 2% milk
60 ml (1/4 cup) melted butter
2 apples,

Directions

Preheat oven at 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cheese. In a second bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, butter and apples.
Pour over dry ingredients and mix until dough is of an even consistency.
Fill greased muffin pan up to 2/3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from pan and serve hot.
