Try our crispy, delicious air fryer zucchini fries with ranch dressing. They’re perfect for any occasion.
- Preheat air fryer to 200 °C (395 °F).
- Cut zucchini lengthwise into quarters around 2 cm (1/4 in.) thick.
- Whisk egg in a shallow bowl. In a second shallow bowl, combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, dried herbs, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Dredge zucchini wedges in flour, then dip in egg mixture to coat all sides. Finish by dredging them in the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.
- Air fry zucchini wedges in batches. Start by spraying the air fryer basket or tray with cooking oil spray. Lay zucchini wedges in a single layer in the basket, cut side up. Coat zucchini wedges with another layer of cooking oil spray.
- Air fry at 200 °C (395 °F) for 8–10 minutes. Air fry for 5 minutes, gently flip zucchini wedges, and continue air frying for 3–5 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with ranch dressing on the side.
