Ingredients

1. 15 ml (1 tbsp.) honey
2. 2 ml (½ tsp.) pink peppercorns (or to taste)
3. 1 green onion
4. 1/2 red pepper
5. 1 540 ml (19 oz) can of Compliments Pineapple Tidbits in Pineapple Juice, drained, or 500 ml (2 cups)
6. Piquant Pineapple Relish
7. 1 pinch of salt
8. 4 AAA Angus Beef top sirloin medallions, 2.5 cm (1 in.) thick
